Woots! Went cycling a few moments ago to keep FIT!!! Bahahaha~ Nawh~ Just kidding.. actually I cycled home to grab my passport for some paper work. Signed up for this investment plan with my Bestest Friend on Sat but I forgot to bring along my documents ( I haven't recover my *cough* 11B *cough* waiting for it to be ready for collection.)
In total, I did about 20 Km.. to and fro... Wasted that I didn't do a timing for my "To" trip but my return journey took me about 28 minutes, inclusive of the red lights, the traffic and the reckless taxi drivers. Yeap... 28 minutes for 10 km is TOO SLOW!!! well.. I think it's time I invest on my own road bike.. it's actually quite fun cycling on one! Bahahha! SAVING UP FOR EXTRA SPENDING TIME AGAIN!!!

My Future??!

Hmmm... Which path should I take? 1. An Audio Engineer, 2. A Patissier, or 3. An Instructor? All the above have nothing got to do with what I studied in Ngee Ann... but are the things that I like. Darn~ tough decision to make... 1 more year to think about it! sigh...

Emo Kid!

Been quite emo recently... been thinking quite alot.. about studies, what's to come after I ord. Thinking about the feelings that I've bottled down for a long time and the response that would come after I reveal those feelings. Tsk. Where did the all so confident and daring me go to?

Oh well... since I've been so emo for the past few weeks, my dear friends that are waiting for my next poem, guess what? I might jolly well have a new poem coming up soon.

How should one convey those feelings,
when the wind blows so strongly.

It all seems like a dream... just 9 months age, a bunch of fresh cadets were standing at the same parade square fixing on their junior bar and a lanyard ( some what like a amulet from extras. LOL!). But last night~ the 13th of June 2010, There they are, standing on the same parade square again, this time round, they're wearing the number 1 uniform and standing in contingents. No more lanyards around their arm, no more white stripes on their shoulders. With a loud "YES SIR!" these same cadets were declared as commissioned officers. Parents walking down the parade square, proudly fixing on the 2Nd lieutenant rank onto their son's shoulder. Yes, this all happened last night and will be remembered in the hearts of many. This cohort of cadets are we, the cadets from the 73/08 Officer Cadet Course. COMMISSION LO!!!! GOLD WING'S THE BEST! HOO-YA!

In exactly 6 days time, I'll be commissioned as an officer of the Singapore Armed Forces! Can't wait for the day to come when my parents will walk down the parade square proudly and don the 2LT rank onto my shoulders. I have a feeling that I might tear on that day. 9 months of training is coming to an end... now it's time to uphold the responsibilities for the people that I'll be training and taking care of. Wow! Can you believe it? A person like me actually was a bad A$$ years back.. if it wasn't for my secondary school teachers, I'd probably still be a lost sheep. Mrs Lim Lye Sim and Ms Usha Wassan,my greatest gratitude for believing in me that I will change even though I was one of the worse students in school back then. Without your trust, God knows what kind of a person I'd be now...

Hmmmm... Finally, I did something that my parents would be proud of... I'm glad that I've heed my teacher's advice and changed my direction in life. Emo post... hahaha. Well... I can't blog for nuts though... Things to look forward to in days to come, my Commissioning Parade and Commissioning Ball ^ ^

Hooya!

"What do you mean less than nothing? I don't think there is any such thing as less than nothing. Nothing is absolutely the limit of nothingness. It's the lowest you can go. It's the end of the line. How can something be less than nothing? If there were something that was less than nothing, then nothing would not be nothing, it would be something - even though it's just a very little bit of something. But if nothing is nothing, then nothing has nothing that is less than it is." - E.B. White (1973)
