He's a bloody dumb fark that nv appears or helps us at all. Not only that he's not helping, he's really dissing us off. givin us false hope and all shit. saying that our drawings and calculations are all good. but during the panel assessment, it's all nuts! panel leaders screwed us badly, but not as bad as he did. it's totally dumb.
